A booking request with a group threshold from 8 people and an HTML menu with a list of categories — not a PDF file — edited in the panel. This feature is part of the “Website with features” scope (€1,450 net), or it can be added separately to an existing site: in the “Website with features” scope from €1,450 net, or a quote after a 15-minute call.

Is the booking confirmed automatically?

No — it is a request for a slot; the restaurant confirms it by phone or e-mail, just as it does today.

How do I change the menu?

In the WordPress panel, without a developer — it is ordinary editing of text and prices.

How it works for the visitor

Asks for a booking

Date, time, number of people, name and phone — the restaurant confirms the slot by phone or e-mail.
A group of 8 or more gets a group enquiry

Above the threshold the form turns into a group booking enquiry with an extra field for the occasion (birthday, company event).
Browses the menu as a page

Dish categories with a table of contents at the top, easy to read on a phone — no downloading and zooming into a PDF file.

Sees the list of booking requests

Date, time, number of people and contact details in one place in the panel.
Edits the menu themselves

Adding a dish, changing a price or removing a dish is text editing in the panel — no sending a new file to a developer.
