The client picks a time without creating an account, gets an e-mail confirmation and can change or cancel it — you see the list in the panel. This feature is part of the “Website with features” scope (€1,450 net), or it can be added separately to an existing site: in the “Website with features” scope from €1,450 net, or a quote after a 15-minute call.

Does the client have to create an account?

No. A name, a phone number and an e-mail are enough.

What happens when two people pick the same time?

The slot is blocked the moment the request is sent — the second person already sees other, free times.

Is it possible to change the time without calling?

Yes — a link to change or cancel is in every confirmation e-mail.

How it works for the visitor

Picks a day

The calendar shows the nearest working days; days with no free slots are greyed out, so there is no need to check them one by one.
Picks a time

Only free times can be clicked — you cannot choose a slot that someone else has taken in the meantime.
Leaves their details

Name, phone and e-mail — no account and no password.
Gets a confirmation e-mail

The message contains a link to change or cancel the booking; the appointment goes into the calendar as an .ics file.
Gets a reminder

The day before the call the system sends a short reminder by e-mail.

Sets working hours

In the panel you define the days and hours at which bookings are possible at all, and exceptions (leave, a public holiday).
Sees the list of bookings

All requests — pending, confirmed and cancelled — in one place, with contact details.
Gets an e-mail about a new booking

The notification arrives when the client confirms the slot, not when they first submit it — your inbox does not fill up with unconfirmed bookings.
