Accounting firm website – showcase

Showcase project. This is our own concept, not work for a client.

Saldo is a website for an accounting firm serving sole traders, companies and businesses that keep full accounts. The first screen shows the numbers straight away: how much of annual revenue is left after costs, contributions and tax.

The project includes a knowledge base with 26 guides with worked examples, split into topics and searchable from one field, and seven calculators, among them a tax-form comparison, a VAT calculator, gross–net pay and a tax calendar. The price list gives “from” prices and sample quotes, and requesting a quote takes a few clicks. The whole thing is a showcase version.

The industry’s problem

A small business owner is looking for a firm that says plainly what it costs and shows it understands their situation: flat-rate tax, the tax scale or flat tax, social security (ZUS), VAT. They need to check in a few minutes what works out best for them, and see the price before they call.
