Privacy policy

This policy describes what data Initace collects through the enquiry form and through the booking of a 15-minute call, why we process it and how long we keep it.

Who administers the data

The data controller is Initace, ul. Koprowskiego 19/10, 80-180 Gdańsk, Poland, NIP (Polish tax identification number) 841 168 11 93. Contact on personal data matters: kontakt@initace.pl.

What data we collect and why

  • Enquiry form: your name, e-mail address, message and — if you provide them — your phone number and an approximate budget. We use them only to answer your enquiry.
  • Call booking: your name, phone number, e-mail address, the subject of the call and any comments. We use them to arrange, confirm, change, cancel and remind you of the call, and to call you back at the agreed time.

The basis for processing is taking steps before entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and holding the calls we have arranged. We do not profile you and we do not make any automated decisions about you.

How long we keep the data

Data from enquiries and bookings that did not lead to cooperation is kept for 12 months from the last contact and then deleted. Data related to a concluded contract is kept for the time required by accounting and tax regulations.

Who we share the data with

The data is processed by our hosting and e-mail providers, with whom we have signed data processing agreements. We do not sell the data and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing purposes.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object — write to kontakt@initace.pl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), the Polish data protection authority.
